Returns
- Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging.
- A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required.
- Customized, digital, or software products and items damaged by misuse are not eligible for return.
Refunds
- Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Refunds are issued to the original method of payment.
- Shipping or delivery fees are non-refundable unless the item was defective or the wrong item was delivered.
Exchanges & Damaged Items
- We replace items only if they are defective or received in error. Report damaged or wrong items within 48 hours of delivery.
- To request an exchange or report a damaged item, please include photos of the product and packaging.
Order Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. Once processing or shipping begins, cancellations are not possible.
