Returns

  • Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging.
  • A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required.
  • Customized, digital, or software products and items damaged by misuse are not eligible for return.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Refunds are issued to the original method of payment.
  • Shipping or delivery fees are non-refundable unless the item was defective or the wrong item was delivered.

Exchanges & Damaged Items

  • We replace items only if they are defective or received in error. Report damaged or wrong items within 48 hours of delivery.
  • To request an exchange or report a damaged item, please include photos of the product and packaging.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. Once processing or shipping begins, cancellations are not possible.
